I placed an online order for bagels and coffee to take to work. I originally wanted the order by 7:45, but because of the size... of the order the online ordering adjusted the time to 8:00 a.m.. I arrived at 7:45 hopeful, did not see the order waiting but nobig deal and figured while I was waiting I would place a latte order for myself. While the wonderful lady was preparing mycoffee, I inquired about my order in which she went in the back and checked on it. The very next moment the morning managerdelightfully walks out from the back kitchen with my full order in hand! When I placed the order I made the mistake of notrequesting the bagels to be sliced. I asked if it was too late to accommodate this request, with a smile on her face she repliedabsolutely not and proceeded to slice all 36 bagels. Again while waiting I reminded the first gal that I still owed her for thelatte, in which she replied "oh no it's on me!" Shocked and amazed and left speechless. While a simple gesture, it was above andbeyond, and certainly unexpected. I walked out with my full order at 7:50 a.m.. Don't know what else more positive I can sayabout this experience, but it made my day. I only hope the rest of their day is treated with the same kindness and outstandingprofessionalism they displayed! Read more
First of all!!!! Shame on you Panera Bread for the PRICES !! I spent 21$ for less than 2 oz of chicken noodle soup! Small mac... and cheese the containers of soup and mack less much less than 1/2 full ! And a small ceaser salad also a joke a few sprinklesof fetta cheese an overwhelming amt of onions and 2 black olives and the rest wilted lettuce...Small green tea also a joke Iwish I had thought to take a picture of this sorry meal!! Penera Bread you should stick with the breads and forget about theother sides!! Especially if your employees don't know how to portion those sides!!! I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!! It was over $30 for two small and horribly dry chicken sandwiches as well as two measly cups of soup. The sandwiches weren't... even the correct ones but they conveniently didn't ask if we wanted our receipt nor did they place it in the bag. The sandwicheswere incredibly dry and tasted worse than something you could get for $2 anywhere else. Overpriced, little to no flavor, and noteven what we ordered. Read more
Absolutely love Panera bread. The sandwiches are all fabulous and the soup is to die for. I got everything to go and forgot to... snap some pictures. Staff is always very friendly and will let you taste before you order. Little pricey but everything is freshand top of the line meats. Go grab you some soup and a sandwich. They also have the best bagels. Read more
First trip and wont be the last. Best French Onion soup and loved the bread bowls. My son had the mac n cheese breadbowl and he... devoured it. We both loved the green tea passionfruit tea and lemonades. Restaurant was clean and service was friendly and fast.I wish there was a bread dipping sauce or jam/jelly for the bread but it was all very good. Read more
Stopped in and had a sandwich and soup. Atmosphere is nice. Music not to loud. Great place to grab a bite to eat.
The healthiest place in Kokomo! Their bread is always great but my favorite is very much their green goddess salad!
