Hard to mess up a basic pizza, but getting the order correct wasn't an issue as with many other eateries!
Food is good but male worker was rude counting his drawer when our food is done and made us wait 15 min extra for our food. ... Sucks the pizza ant that fresh now. Whole reason why we came to get it oppose to delivery. Read more

The two pizzas we got (one was gluten-free crust) were delicious? well made with plenty of toppings. The service could have been... better. I placed our order online three hours in advance. I arrived at the scheduled time to pick up my pizzas, and had receiveda text from Papa John?s a couple of minutes before I got there saying my order was ready for pickup. When I entered the storethere were several customers waiting in the lobby, and lots of employees preparing pizzas, folding boxes and apparently lookingfor things to do to keep busy. But the woman at the cash register seemed confused about what she was doing (maybe she was a newemployee?) and was beyond slow. I stood there for ten minutes while my prepaid pizzas sat getting cold. A manager should havenoticed the backlog of customers standing around and helped get things moving. I?m hoping it was an isolated happening, and Iplan to go there again and give them another chance.
