We were disappointed that they didn?t have a salad bar but the food was hot and tasted great! Service was fast and friendly!
Don?t shop at this Pizza Hut. They are a hassle to get your order made right and will refuse to make things right if they don?t... have the ingredients. We found out they couldn?t make our order after we had already gone to pick up our order because theywere out of medium dough. When I asked if they could just make a large one they said no. So for $2 worth of a difference? theywasted my time and got my money in a mess of waiting days. Also, we used rewards points on the order that are now gone. When you call their number, you get a call center and they are rude and don't speak English very well. I talked to the manager... and they said to tell them you want to talk to the store. The price of technology isn't always worth the issues! Read more
Do not order from here!! All of your food will either be over/under cooked. And the chances of you receiving everything you... order when you order delivery are basically non existent. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. Read more
Went in to get order was told they never received it. Employee was on a facebook call with his gf and refused to help us resolve... the issue. Asked for the store manager and was told he was at home and didn't want to call him. Had to call corporate and thenask for the store manager again. He finally called the store manager who showed up and had an attitude the whole time. He showedthat there was no credit card purchases on his system. Corporate refunded the money and we decided it was best to eat somewhereelse due to our experience with the issue. I order from this pizza hut all the time and do carryout being as I live 2 minutesfrom there but I'm highly disappointed from this experience. Read more
Ordered pizza on 4/23 about 9pm. I am allergic to onions, can not eat raw or cooked onions at all, 1 bite and my mouth and... throat are swelling and off to the ER I go. Last night not only were there onions on my pizza but nice big brown hairs, not just1 but a few. Now I have really red hair, these hairs were in the cheese, on top and even pinned in by the white box holder.Called the manager and he said yep sounds about right my line cook has been messing ip all night. Wasted 20 bux for nothing.They did offer to remake but by the time the new pizza got here it was almost 11pm n to late to eat it. So a waste of money andjust was so upset gave up on dinner last night. Jake told me I would have to come into the store today for a refund so we willsee how that goes. So disappointed. Read more
