Went to the subway on Dixon with my grandparents. Out of the 3 employees there, only ONE of them was pleasant and nice, she was... the one who made my sandwich. The other two, not kind at all. One of them yelled out about customer not hearing her right infront of my grandparents and I and it was really uncomfortable and awkward. The other, her name is Juana I believe, had a nastyattitude the entire time with my grandparents starting with my grandmother. She just look like she did not even want to be thereand my grandparents buying food was an inconvenience for her. Her tone got higher as she was asking my grandpa what kind ofsauce he wanted and he couldn't think of the name so when she went through them her voice would get aggressively higher as sheasked "this one" for each sauce. Then, because my grandma can't hear all that well, she had asked my grandma if she wanted hersandwich heated or toasted and when my grandma couldn't hear her Juana asked her in a demeaning way, she spoke way too slow andloud as if my grandma were completely deaf or something. I wish I would have gotten the girl's name that took my order becauseshe was very sweet, the other two were not. Read more

Every time I order from the app something is wrong with my food. This time my sandwich was swimming in salt, was supposed to be... pepper only and the veggies weren't right and my son had hairs in his sandwich. Read more

Incompetent to say the least. I ordered from the Subway app. They had no roast beef. So my order was missing a sandwich. That's... fine but refund it. When I called for said refund I was told to call Door Dash because they delivered it. I called Door Dash andthey told me what I already knew, the order was placed thru Subway. Subway had the card info and other info on the order. When Itried to call back about this I was hung up on. Nice customer service. Read more

As with most place's these days Subway was training new people, but I'm amazed at how well this store (on N 931 or Reed Rd)... manages to find such good spirited people. No, they aren't perfect. Being new mistakes will be made, we all know this, but thesefolks are usually still able to joke & kid around with you & of course apologize for messing up. A rare quality to find intoday's world. Owning one's mistake & being ok with it, then move on. I know you're all saying it's just a sandwich shop, buthonestly you have to start somewhere. These sandwich shops are paying good money. As always my bread was fresh, all my meat &veggies were great & the cheese was wonderful. Perfect sandwich, because he made it just like I told him, too! Read more

This location was out of some of the stuff we wanted ( sweet tea, tomato basil wraps ) So I definitely didn't get everything I... paid for. A couple of the staff were clueless to what I was ordering, they could have been new !? Sadly there's a good chance Iwill not be going back to that location. Read more

Waited over 5 minutes after they said can you wait a moment..and never responded back. I and someone else left. When we drove by... there were people in the back messing around. No thanks. Some of us actually have short work breaks. Read more

This is for the subway on Lincoln Rd. Expect to have a wait time for your order in the drive thru. Food is well made, fresh and... good portions. Staff is polite. Cookies are always good there. Read more
