Placed an online order. Showed up to the store and nothing was on the online order shelf. So I waited. 15 minutes goes by and I... get told that the online orders are behind the counter. My sandwich has been made this whole time. I finally get my food andit's made incorrectly. I ordered a melt and it was made as a cold sandwich. The lady offered to remake the sandwich but when Iasked to have to one that she messed up which was already in my hands she said that she wasn't allowed to give away free food.Giant pain. Waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes while no one was in front of us to order. Every time we asked if she was ready she... told us to hold on very rude.
