Have managed to mess up at least one thing on my order every time. Person doing grill by front register is extremely rude. Said... to "scrape off the sour cream" when the food was for someone with allergies. Then after waiting for 15-20 minutes for 2 ordersof potatoes, she hands me 2 coupons for free soft tacos. They were out of basically everything we wanted. I understand them being out of the Mexican pizza. No big deal. They were out of... Pepsi and napkins too, and they only had mild sauce. We ended up ordering different items than what we originally wanted. Theemployees were rude and the store was dirty on the inside. Very disappointed. Won't be returning to this location again. All I got was a soft taco and a quesadilla. Granted they were very busy but my quesadilla was not fully cooked, the cheese... wasn?t melted, and there was no sauce on the inside of it. Was told at speaker there would be a 20 min wait. I had placed an online order that had already gone through. So I went in to... find out what was going on. There were at least 3 workers just standing around. One was walking around complaining abouteverything. I asked for help to cancel my order and none of the associates knew how to work the app. The only thing they keptsaying was call corporate tomorrow. Saff needs to.ne trained on the app as well.
