Touching raw chicken with spatula and going straight to serving noodles. Umm I ask for chopsticks twice and still not getting... any! Things are different after covid and asking for a livable wage. Service is 4 stars because everything is not her fault.Atmosphere is 1 star because everything is rushed. No on out of 8 finished the meal. After driving by this relatively new place at 1540 E. Boulevard (near Panera Bread), I finally got a chance this past week to go... inside. I didn't get a steak dinner, or swordfish - just a quick lunch: Fired Island sushi roll. It was on fire. And tasty. The service was good. I got a look at the premises, too. We were seated right away. Food was good. Shrimp were overcooked. Portions were good. Staff was attentive and friendly.... Restaurant was clean.
