Great customer service and Fresh food!
Not much to mention about the food itself. It's Wendy's. It's fastfood. People know what they are signing up for. What I can... talk about it the service, and it was exceptional. We were traveling for the day and hit the drive thru. The employee at theregister was very friendly and professional. The quality of the food was good (I had a Baconator, my wife had a single burger)nothing was hastily thrown together nor were our fries served cold. There was a group of employees at the window conversing andhaving a good time. It's nice to see that. That's a trait that seems to be severely lacking in employees in the service industryright now. Burgers always fresh and made to order when I go to this drive thru, fries were old tasting, asked for fresh ones, got them not... only fresh but larger order with no hassle. Always friendly faces here! Read more
I have the Wendy's App and wanted the free Chicken Nuggets with Ghost Pepper Sauce. But I wasn't able to get this offer; the... staff wasn't familiar with the App. I went home and looked over the App and found how to use the free offer. Training goes along way and so does a user friendly App ! People were waiting in line to be helped. So this wasn't just a bad experience for me! Read more
First time being at this Wendy's. I likes it much better than any other. Cleaner, food was hot, employees could definitely say... thank you and be more friendly. But overall, I will return to this Wendy's. At night, keep your doors locked the surroundingarea is dark. Read more
While this store is conveniently located just off the highway, it can be extremely busy during lunch time. Have not been here... during dinner or breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Even though it was very busy at time of day I was there, the staff did avery quick and great job of getting orders taken and sent out, even with only one person, Teresa, working the counter. She keptthe line flowing and the staff in back never missed a beat. I also commend them for getting the orders right. I would recommendthis particular Wendy's if you happen to be in this area of 931 and Morgan. The only issue that I had was the computer systemseemed to be running slow, but I don't count it against them. After all, computers seem to have minds of their own at times. Read more
