Been coming to this truck for awhile and the food is good, sometimes you gotta wait a bit but it's worth it. Here's the reason... for the 3 star: I don't understand and my coworkers feel the same way, is why the owner parks their blue truck next to histrailer when the parking lot is already tight. Countless times I've narrowly hit it or had to just squeeze by. We don't even tryto visit on a weekend as it's nearly impossible to park. We love the food but could you just make it easier on your customers tovisit you? Read more

Best burger(s) of our lives. We got the Awesome Burger, Bitchin? Burger, and the Wagyu Steak Sandwich. My personal favorite was... the Awesome Burger, but honestly they were each so different, I am not sure I could really pick. My family had bought all threeand shared them. Portions are big. This food truck was a late find on one of our last days in Kauai. I cannot say this enough,you must eat food from this food truck before you leave! Read more
The Tantalizing Tongue Sandwich was AWESOME!!! Beef tongue+blackberry+fried lotus root is a really nice combination. The side... corns were perfect as well. Highly recommend if you see it available on the menu. Read more
This Jackfruit BBQ Sandwich was so delicious! The jackfruit itself was not shredded down, but had a really nice chunky... consistency paired with a mild flavored BBQ sauce. The Brussel sprout apple slaw was a winner on top with a delicious, fluffybun! Wish the side of green beans was triple I could have eaten the whole plate of those. This was delicious!!! The Awesome Burger and freakin? Fantastic Fish sandwich were Awesome and Fantastic. The side of green... beans were exceptional and delicious (I don?t even really like green beans). We also order the Hot Totty. Hey guess what?
