First things first, the lead or the manager was obviously working hard. She was hustling and very customer service oriented. ... What was lack luster was the employee who rang up my birthday drink. I came in happy and said "it is my birthday and I get tohave my free drink!" Instead of saying "hi" or "happy birthday", she said "pull up your bar on your app so I can scan it.Anything else you need?" I came happy and left grumpy.
