First things first, the lead or the manager was obviously working hard. She was hustling and very customer service oriented. ... What was lack luster was the employee who rang up my birthday drink. I came in happy and said "it is my birthday and I get tohave my free drink!" Instead of saying "hi" or "happy birthday", she said "pull up your bar on your app so I can scan it.Anything else you need?" I came happy and left grumpy. I seldom go to Starbucks and this experience makes me want to go less. Read more

When in Hawaii don't waste your time or money at Starbucks. Also this Starbucks wasn't great. They didn't have their prices... posted like other Starbucks and my coffee was very weak. Not impressed. However, if you like collecting the souvenir mugs theydo have a good collection of those. Read more

The coffee was awful, like dishwater. The latte was so weak we could not even taste any coffee. It was like drinking... watered-down, warm milk. Very disappointing and not like the usual Starbucks coffee. On a positive note, the staff was veryfriendly. Read more
