Drive through is very slow, also why do they never cut their bagels and only put cream cheese in the centre of the bagel where... the hole is ? Come on people? Read more

It was terrible. 25 minutes in drive through, young kids, didn?t even charge me for my food. I had to tell him to charge me.

Slow service. It appears that Tim Hortons treats the drive through clients MUCH better and faster than any client waiting in... line inside the store... Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE Read more

Molasses moves faster than the employees here. Doesn't matter dine in/take out, drive thru are all sub-par. What ever happened... work ethics? One of the slowest Tim Hortons I've been to, and on a consistent basis too. Might have to just stop coming hereentirely. Read more

Ordered bagels, coffee and London fog. After 5 minutes had to ask if my bagels were ready. I was told " it's being made". ... Meanwhile I watch as 3 drive thru orders were made and completed. Asked again where the bagels were with the same response. Iam the only one at the counter! Finally cashier asked after I inquired the third time as to where the bagels were. Personmaking them said " did already. They are at the drive thru! No apology after being blown off 3 times. And, the London fog wasonly 3/4 full. Glad they got to talk about an upcoming party while I waited. Read more
