I visited at 11:45 am on a Sunday. It took a little over 15 minutes for omelet bites and a side of bacon even though I was the... only customer inside the store. They took 5 orders through drive-thru while I was waiting. My coffee I ordered had time enoughto cool so I could drink a good portion while I waited. After I received my food I left. While driving, I attempted to eat thebacon to find it was completely charred and unedible. I tried calling the store to let them know but for more than a half hourthe phone was busy. For a place that serves food and drinks they bave no restroom. Super gross if you come here for a snack.

this is my favorite place to stop on weekends in the summer. as someone who works at the camp right next to it the people are... always so nice to us because there is a bunch of college age kids the swarm them every weekend and they handle it so well. Read more

Stopped for kids this morning and ordered 4 snaking bacons lady acted like I ordered to many, then we get them and there was... like 4 half pieces in the bags that would never add up to 8 slices. $3.09 a bag we were totally ripped off, hire people that atleast no how to count. total rip off! Always slow service. They ?take? your order at the order screen but magically the order was never placed? Nothing is ready by... the time you pull up to the window like other Dunkin? stores in NEPA and they end up giving you someone else?s order becausethey don?t pay attention. Worst DD I have yet to visit. Consistently out of stock (avocado toast) or broken machinery (Coolata). To top it off, this... location closes at 5; however on my last visit waited in line more than 10 minutes only to find each person ahead of me weresimply waiting for someone to take their order. Eventually they pulled forward to find the place closed. No signage to indicateearly close. Inner city DDs are better than this location. Read more
