We went to a stall and order 2 large drinks. 5 minutes later a car parked next to us and place a order. It's been 10 minutes... still waiting on our drinks. Here comes a carhop with food and drink for the car that came after us. So we pushed the buttonasking where are our drinks and they asked what name is my order under. I told them I placed the order 15 minutes ago at thestall. I was so upset and just left. Than I called the store to complain and once again they ask what was the name the order wasunder. Since when does Sonic ask for a name if you are at a stall placing a order. Read more
Disappointed today. After ordering 20 minutes passed and still no food. Poor carhop seemed to be the only carhop. Numerous trips... back and forth due to customers getting the wrong order. We might try them again in a month or 2. Read more
I just ordered a foot long coney with mustard, onions, relish, cheese, and chili. Also an order of cheese tots meal came out no... mustard, no onions, no relish, and all the cheese on the tots was on the bottom. Very disappointed as this has been our favoritesonic location for years. Read more
This place is a joke. We ordered 2 drinks, waited 10 minutes and watched the worker scan there card to let us know they were on... there way out to the car then we waited 20 minutes before finally driving away because they didn't bring us our order. Thanks,we will not be back. And I got the same generic response to this review as everyone else, way to read and care about what urcustomers think. Read more

Grilled Cheese was so disgusting my granddaughter would not eat it, opened it up and the cheese was burnt and hard as a damn... rock. They have messed up our orders several times now and I want to speak to their regional or district manager. I called upthere to complain, but yeah, they won't answer the phone. Read more
I went to the sonic in McAlester. But I called an order in before I left the house then I left went to the sonic I called and... pressed the red button they said they would have my order out soon I paid with my credit card said ok so I turned on one of myfavorites television show episodes and watched it after it was over I realized I was setting there for a call in order for atleast 23 minutes. So hit the call button they said they would have it out in a few minutes I said cancel my order. I went toKrebs ok only a 7 or 8 minute drive I had my order of the exact same thing as my call in order in McAlester sonic within 10minutes or ordering it Krebs ok sonic is the best one just saying service is awesome and quick and happy to serve you...
