Got a chicken sandwich and it was a joke. Parts of it where crust and no chicken. Part that actually had chicken, if you can... call ot that, thin as paper. Waste of money. Drink tasted like it had dirt in it. Read more

I've never left a review before, but I feel this needs to be said. Everytime I've gotten chicken from here it was old, grey and... barely warm. Everytime I've gotten a hot dog, it was cold, like it was never cooked. At least the service is prompt, but I wouldrather them take their time and make sure the food meets health safety standards. Since I cannot locate a store number on the receipt so that I can give feedback on the Sonic website, I?ll do it here. This... location has always had friendly staff and pretty good service. The food quality needs improvement. Hot dogs are always cold(they have to be warmed up when we get home). Burgers are ok. Chicken is good. One big problem is that there is NO GRAVY on thesauce options. Gravy is a every day staple in Texas. I ordered a large tots with chili and cheese and there was NO CHEESE onthem. I?m hoping that this is addressed, because this location team is supposed to be national champion, it does not show. Read more
So the kids that work here are awesome. To be honest with how the youth of this generation is I have almost lost hope. I go to... this sonic 2 to 3 times a week. And I would say the staff is so respectful. A good group of kids. The reason I gave 3 stars isthe food is not that great. But from what I can tell I don't think they been trained right. This isn't the greatest Sonic that I've ever been to. There was only 1 other car there. The order taker was quick and courteous.... It took over 5 minutes for my order to arrive. The car hop was fast on his skates bringing my order. He wasn't that friendly.Quickly handed me my food and sped off. I was disappointed that I didn't even get a fork with my coney..kind of hard to eat afoot long chili cheese coney with no fork. The tator tots were crispy and on point. The vanila Dr. Pepper was delicious and justthe right amount of ice! Overall the food was good. Service could use some improvement. Read more
