What a rare jem to find a French Restaurant near the base of the Haleakala Mountain! Trina was a great host working the cafe bar... making all sorts of espresso drinks & serving french inspired cuisine. Menu is small but well crafted! Be sure to leave someroom for the french baked goods! The sticky buns were highly recommended! Read more

The pastries are still very good. When we were there, there was one person serving food to the tables and taking orders from the... pastry counter. She was super busy. She was friendly and when she was able to take our order, everything was correct and ittasted great. The line was very long and several people arrived after we did and I?m sure they waited 15-20 minutes to beserved. Bottom line, if you have time, have the right mindset, and want a good pastry, give it a shot. If you are in a hurry, drive by and if you see anyone waiting on the street side, keep driving. My bestie lives just down the road and this place is hands down my absolute favorite stop in all of Maui. The Lilikoi tarte is... so phenomenal, I dream of it. My bestie actually flew one home for me and it did not disappoint!!! Read more

Wowowow. This place is INCREDIBLE. I had the crab cake eggs benedict, and my husband had the crab and spinach crepe. Both were... phenomenal. My husband continuously said he thinks it's one of the best meals he's ever eaten. The added salad was a bonussurprise and whatever the dressing combo was, it was unbeatable. There were a lot of people waiting in line for pastries whenwe arrived, and the one waitress was taking counter pastry/coffee orders AND waitressing for dine-in and bussing tables all onher own. She did so all the while keeping a huge smile on her face and being sweet to everyone. Trina herself is a reason tocome visit! Some things to know: - Breakfast doesn't start as soon as the restaurant opens. For the first hour they are open, they only serve patisserie and coffee. - Cash or check only (there is an ATM about a mile down the road if needed). - You stillneed a mask to go inside to order pastries, so make sure you have one with you. - You NEED to try this place! This was a great place. The crab cake and eggs benedict was yummy. It was cooked perfectly. The side salad was so fresh and the... lilikoi dressing was perfect. The Nutella crepe was so good. I also had the pastry that was stuffed in the crust with driedfruit and chocolate filled in the rest of it. It was light and tasty. Read more
