TERRIBLE SERVICE! Ordered over the phone. Was told estimated wait would be 30-35 minutes. Showed up at 30 minutes, waited in the... store for 30 minutes, then when I finally saw on the screen the order was ready I walked up to the counter and WAITED 15 MINUTESBEFORE ANYONE WALKED UP TO HELP ME! THEN after paying for the food the worker walked away without giving me the pizza that Icould see was ready....it took ANOTHER 10 MINUTES for someone to walk up and ask me if everything was okay. Thursday I ordered 1 pizza and 2 orders of boneless chicken wings. It said it would take 45 minutes at the longest. Well I went... int the store at 8:28. The time it said my food would be ready. But the track my order said it was still being prepared. So I goand ask how soon my order would be ready. Well low and behold. They can't find my order. So I ask to speak to the manager to getthings straighten up. Well the manager hid behind all the boxes and refused to come help me. So a young girl came up and saiddid you order on line. I said yes I did. She explained that the times were not correct on how long before the food would beready. I said an hr plus for a pizza. She says we are short handed. While there were 3 guys standing in the prep area talking.That's short handed? Haha ok. So a young man then comes up after the manager still refuses to help me. And he says hay I foundyour order. We just need to make the chicken wings. I said may be if half you all weren't talking you wouldn't have forgotten mywings. So the young man grabs a tray and starts pulling out bone in wings. And I said excuse me they are supposed to beboneless. No sir he says. So I had to show him on my confirmed order. He said oh your right. Ok so 5 minutes later my pizza andwings are done. Haha because the pizza was sitting waiting for who knows how long. I get my stuff. No sauce and I ordered 2ranch. Then I get home. The pizza crust was incorrect. So just a bad bad bad experience. And this was a Thurday evening. Andthey had lime 7 to 8 employees working so not really short staffed. The 2 delivery guys didn't count in the 7- 8 workers. Ordered two sandwiches at about 730. At 845, the app still said "prepping your order." We called to see if something was wrong... and they said it would take another 45 minutes. We live 3 miles from the restaurant. They hadn't even started making it. This isthe second time this has happened. Last time it took over 3 hours to get the food. When we called, they didn't seem to care onebit. We cancelled the order, and they just said "ok" and hung up the phone. Horrible customer service. I understand places arehaving staffing issues, but they could have offered something to make it right. They did nothing. Avoid!!! Read more
I?ve honestly never had a problem with customer service Or ordering from here. I tried ordering over the phone but all his... responses were ?I don?t know? and I could barely hear anything he was saying. So I ordered online with cash for pick up. I gotthere and the kid that helped me was quite, no customer service skills what?s so ever. I had two orders and he read my ordersoff to me I gave him 40$ he handed me back 4$ even and no receipt and brings me my food. I asked him how much it was total andhe said whatever the two orders were together. I said I need my receipt and he proceeded to tell me he didn?t have one so I toldhim to print it off for me. My total was 33.88 now all he gave me was 4$ He still owed me 2.12$ Which I told him he still needsto give me the rest of my change! I received no apologies, nothing. I don?t know if he was new but he needs more training or hedefinitely shouldn?t be handling anyone?s money if he can?t do simple math or have any customer service skills. Read more
takes way longer then food then the estimated time! one time ordering we waited a hour and 30 min after the time it should have... been ready and at that point was still not done! manager on duty never offered to make anything right and there was about 4other people in there with the same issue very disappointing! they need more help and better management! I place an online order at 10:35 p.m. their app said to expect to get my order within a half an hour. I was trying to be... patient and it was 11:05 and I was wondering where my order was. At 11:45 pm I finally called them and they wanted to cancel theorder and they didn't want to do it. If I had known they were going to bail on me I would have ordered pizza from a differentplace. I I'd give them a zero star if I could but the list I can give them is one I didn't get my food they wanted me to canceland I ordered The food way in advance. The worst part is I can't send any pictures cuz I have no food. Great prompt service, friendly staff. Not a five star only because I paid for a side of ranch and did not get it. It is only... $.50 but I got charged an extra two dollars for my free pizza due to the sauce, I believe. just saying pay attention to detailsplease. kind of glad I didn?t tip! I take back the fourth star. Granted I did order a pan crust. However it is veryundercooked. On the Barton. Very doughy. Not a waste I can always heat it up in my toaster oven. Last 3 times I?ve ordered , after an hr wait , and the app saying average 40-55 mins .I called to see where the food was and... they have told me another 30-40 mins wait , this last time they told me another hr . Then proceeded to tell me they have no wayto tell what the wait time is after ordering it . I ask to the speak with the manager and he is no better off talking to thenthe first kid I spoke with .. they need to update the system or call and let people know they will have a 2 hr wait .
