Not sure why Jersey Mikes doesn't make the on line order when it's received. Ordering and it telling me it's going to be 45... minutes to an hr. That's unacceptable. I could walk in and have it in 10 minutes max. I have also ordered and it has sat therefor 20 minutes because the time tells me 45 minutes. But it was made right away. I don't get it. Read more

The sandwich was phenomenal! The customer service was very poor and hurried! I wasn't given the opportunity to put my number in... the system to get my points because I was rushed to pay so she could move on to the next customer.
