The last 3 times I?ve came here they have shorted me a whole meal, every single time. It?s truly a pain when you have to sit in... the drivethru for 45 minutes because the workers can?t be bothered to check it all the items are in the bag and then go rightback thru again just to get what you paid for. At this point it seems like they?re shorting items to save money, it just doesn?tmake sense how every single time I?m missing 8$+ meals from my orders. Absolutely Unacceptable, im going to make them starttaking the items out and showing me before I drive away. Read more

This is a dual-lane drive through, and they're still working out the kinks. It's primarily a drive through restaurant, so I... haven't gone inside, to dine, yet. They tend to mess up which lane is up for ordering, and the next thing you know, you've beenskipped. But, they are new, and still learning. Very kind, friendly staff! ???????? Read more

I've never written a review for a fast food joint, but this experience was so bad I finally decided to write one. First off when... I was ordering food after everything I said the worker said "Is tHaT aLl!" And interrupted me constantly, was very rude. Andwhen I went to get the food they told me to pull up to window 3. Naturally there is only a second window visible so I askedwhere it was and then the lady looked at me and said "We have a window 3, so go find it". Had to go inside and grab my food froma disgusting dirty store. Seriously I'll drive to the next McDonald's before I go to this one again. Disrespectful. Thank you to the wonderful staff for being so understanding with us so close to your closing time. I'm typically not one to... complain even if my order was completely wrong, (which isn't the case atm). I ordered a crispy chicken deluxe and for the firsttime I've encountered this problem, it was undercooked. I tried 4 times to eat it, thinking that it was only the initial taste.I tried time and time again but uhhhh nope, ngl I was disappointed. but I wasn't going to make a fuss, I wasn't hungry anymore.my older sibling insisted that we get my money back and I agreed. we went through the drive through and they were so nice aboutit! I feel bad about them seeing the bitten food. but they politely gave me my money back and gave a coupons. overall theexperience was pleasant and they handled the situation quickly and calmly. the manager apologized and it was just nice, idk. 5stars cause of the exceptional service. Saturday morning breakfast rush was terrible. Sat around for 15 minutes waiting on an egg McMuffin and a fritter. While a... manager was sitting in the dining area doing paperwork. When you're backed up by 12 orders it should be all hands on deck. Read more

Showed up 5 min before they were due to start serving lunch at 11 am, so they asked us to wait which is fine. We drove around,... waited 5 minutes... came back in the line and then they proceeded to say it was still 2 min before 11, so I would have towait... Then someone else spoke and said 'no', we can order now, it just won't get cooked until after 11..keep in mind by nowit's 11:03... No biggie. I say, no problem and I order. They tell me to pull around and food would be out as soon as possible. Ipark and wait another few min...again, no biggie. Here is the rub... ....clearly aggravated girl comes out and hands bag offood to me and rolls her eyes and says in a super annoyed voice that I was suppose to just pull up to the 3rd window and wait.Surprised I say sorry and explained that they told me to just pull around. She then says, 'yeah up front (I parked on side ofestablishment) or the 3rd window' and rolls her eyes again and walks off. Lame service. Just hand me my food and apologize forthe wait. What the hell is wrong with people these days. If my little one wasn't with me at the time she (the employee) wouldhave received some much needed coaching on customer service right there on the spot. ???????????????????? Read more

**Update** No concern for allergies or food intolerances. When they first opened they took this seriously and made an effort.... After years of business they have become like any other fast food joint. We just went through the drive through tonight andafter clarifying several times that we want "no buns" on our burgers - they still gave us buns! 7 cheeseburgers and only 1burger came without a bun. Our family can't eat gluten! We can't have little pieces of bread stuck to our burgers! We didn'tdiscover this until we got home. So frustrating! Not worth driving back to fix. Awful and incompetent service. *originalpost* Rarely get stale fries. Food is usually fresh. Staff is almost always friendly and accommodating. For a fast food jointthey are good. Better than any other mcdonalds in the valley. Read more
