We?ve ordered many times from Panda in Kuna, Idaho and usually everything is fine. We ordered tonight and what a major... disappointment. Food was cold-understandable. However, our ?chowmein was almost all PLAIN NOODLES with very little sauce and thefried rice was dry as paper. Also, their portions are now about 1/3 of what they usually serve. Dinner tonight was a MAJORdisappointment. Probably will NOT be ordering from there again. I?m sure this will more than likely be swept under the rug butmy complaint is 100% legitimate. Read more
Went through the drive through and the employee spoke as if reading a script; not genuine and just monotone. Even the responses... given seemed automated. I think I let out a quiet giggle or two. Luckily, at the window my fear was settled because there was norobot. Chow mein was bland. Orange chicken was delicious. Green bean chicken was tasty but I would have preferred less bean andmore bird. Overall was good eating. Read more

I would give negative stars to the Kuna location if I could. Normally my family loves panda express, but the 2 chances I have... given the Kuna location, it has cost me more than just money. The 1st time I went through the drive through and they told methat they were cooking 1 of the items and it would be about 10 minutes. I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes and watchedpeople walking in getting food before me. When I went in I saw them giving out the same food that I was waiting for and calledthem out for it before they finally filled my order. Tonight I took my wife in to grab some dinner and all of the food wasawful. The rice was dry, the noodles were not cooked all of the way, I had a bone in my chicken, the fire chicken wasovercooked and dry, the spring rolls and the crab Rangoon were still doughy, and the vegetables were all soggy. Nice staff clean facilities. My daughter likes coming here to this location the parking is better then most panda locations food... is always on par for the most part. Keep up the quality and keep smiling cheers. Read more
