There was a point where they all knew what I ordered, love this place
I came in today as I normally do on Saturday mornings and I just wanted to say that the young girl named Raven who helped me was... an absolute doll. She was Sweet, happy, professional and competent! When I ask to have my card reloaded then use the card I?venoticed that many employees across different locations say ?okay? but don?t actually do it correctly. Well Raven here was fastand efficient kind and again happy, seeing happy employees makes a huge difference in your experience. Thank you Raven formaking my day. You?re a gem and deserve a raise! ?? This location has issues. My wife and I each suffered mild food poisoning from the milk/almond milk used. Does not feel like a... normal Starbucks. The sign is there and it says Starbucks, but be wary. Read more
Love starbucks but their coffee is so inconsistent. Sometimes it's hot, sometimes warm, sometimes strong and others not at all.
The girls working are very sweet, but they need far better training as baristas. I worked for Starbucks as well, and it seems... like training has very much gone down hill as of late. All things considered with the world and people not wanting to work, Iknow its hard but I ordered a whole milk chai latte and it tastes literally just like milk with the tiniest hint of chai flavor.Very disappointing after paying roughly six dollars for it. If I wanted warm milk I couldve made that at home for a lot less. Read more
Gave the checker a 20 to put on my Starbucks card, ordered 2 drinks. She then says I owe $30. The 20 never went on my card ,... wouldn't hand me back my 20. So I paid $20 for 2 Grande drinks.They need to better educate their management. Read more
This is the first time I am giving a Starbucks location a bad rating. I am a Starbucks regular and have never seen such poor... service. The 3 young people were far too busy talking to each other to even properly take my order.
