Preparer didn't make 2 out of 4 sandwiches wrong and then tried to over charge on one of the incorrect sandwiches.

Went in to get a sandwich, noticed the place was dirty everywhere, tables, floor and counters. The gal forgot to put bacon on my... sandwich, which was supposed to come on it. I wanted to get a gift card, no one in there knew how to do it. They need help ! Read more

Worst experience ever! Came in the day before and ordered sandwiches for an event at 11:00 a.m. Saturday morning. Made the order... in person and paid in advance. When I came to pick them up they wanted to charge me for them again. All of the sandwiches wereto have the same vegetables on them. When I opened them up only one sandwich had vegetables. The rest had none. When I calledthem up the excuse I was given was that the order that they took was not clear. Somehow that's my fault. Sounds like they havesome training issues to deal with. There was no manager on duty to speak to. When I said I wanted some money back to compensatethe botched order I was put on hold for 10 minutes. When he came back said he could remake the sandwiches that I needed to serveat this time. Totally unacceptable. No one here seems to be paying attention to what they're doing or cares. Will make a phonecall to corporate on Monday. Read more

Ordered via app the same sandwich I always get. Hubs picked up and brought home. What I received was a pickle infested slimy... sauce nasty monstrosity. Called and Hayley the current manager said I had to bring it in to prove it wasn't what I ordered. Ilive 25 miles away. I am not driving back for that mess. Told her if I drove back in, I expect full order refunded and she saidno. She explained because they had been scammed in the past she couldn't authorize a refund without seeing it. She advised Icalled Brayden the actual manager in the morning. Not for a six dollar sandwich am I driving back and then home again. Youremployees need quality control in place and the ability to correct their mistakes. Do better. Read more

Never go here. For some reason they can't get orders right. When you order a chicken bacon ranch sandwich what do they... forget...the bacon! REALLY! Each time I order something it's always wrong! Ordered 3 sandwiches all which were wrong. The receipt literally had our order on it and they still made our sandwiches wrong... but when asked if I could have them remade the kid I talked to(Micheal) threw a fit and then I just asked for a refund afterthat and he wouldnt give me my money back... no manager to talk with as well.. Look when someone orders a $10 sandwich it should be worth $10. I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlong and there... was almost no meat. I tried calling them and all I got was a busy tone. I ordered about 30min Before they close. So you wouldthink that they would want to get rid of their meat before closing,.
