Offer ordering in the app, and then they constantly lock the lobby so you have to sit in the drive thru anyway, and your food is... cold by the time you get it, and the order is messed up half the time when you do finally get it. Tried to go at 8am today for breakfast. No one was in the store and guy outside sleeping in his car. He woke up and said he... didn?t have keys to get in. An hour and a half after opening and no one has made it to even unlock the door.a sign could have atleast been taped to the drive through so people are not just sitting waiting at the speaker as I and another car did whilehomeboy slept. Awful establishment, got 6 chicken nuggets for my bro I paid for 10, they forgot the sauces, and gave me the wrong drink.... Whoever runs this establishment should be ashamed of the way they do business. I've never once gotten anything warm from thisplace always cold and old, go anywhere else. Read more

For how ?expensive? Wendy?s is the service really is terrible. There is always something wrong with our order (missing or the... complete wrong item). They are always rushing you through the drive through even when they aren?t busy. The girl handed us achocolate milk vs. a jr frosty for a kids meal when we told her we didn?t want the chocolate milk she made us pay for thefrosty. Not a big deal fine but your mess up cost is more money how????? Read more
