Well it's hard not to like Chick fila. Even though I'm not a die hard chick fila fan as some are, it truly is the best as far as... fast food goes. My husband was in line at Chick Fil A in Kyle on October 18, 2022 at 5pm and was waiting for the food. Then the girl brings my... husband along with the wrong flavored milkshake. He told her he ordered chocolate when the order was initially placed. The girldid not correct the milkshake but try to charge him $4 AGAIN to remake a milkshake that was their FAULT in the beginning forputting the wrong flavor. After this happened, I asked her if I could order something else and she said yes. So she took myorder and when she went back to the window are where all the workers are at she said, "ugh he keeps ordering"! My husband heardher from his car and did he did not APPRECIATE her comment! Chick Fil A's service has gone downhill an dis not keeping up withthe expectations of the Chick Fil A standards/motto. I highly advise you to correct that behavior ASAP! I Love ChickFilA , but todaaaay i got a really bad salad . Honestly the other times I've gotten this salad it's always fresh .... Today half of the salad looked bad/old & the chicken fillet was sooo hard to bite , idk weird . It didn't feel frozen it wasjust hard couldn't even bite it .
