Like most Panda locations, this one has a slow moving line. We waited in line for 10 minutes just to be told that they don't... have many options left. They weren't scheduled to close for another 40 minutes. I can understand not wanting to waste food bymaking another batch within 1 hour of closing, but there needs to be a better system after having customers wait in line for solong. We ended up leaving without food and took our business elsewhere. Hopefully I have a better experience if I come backagain. Read more
We went to the drive thru. There weren't too many people there. We were ready to order, but when I asked a question it was dead... silence. No response. I waited...then said hello. The man said sorry what do you want to order. I blew off asking my question.When I ordered he said he was out of just about everything I wanted so I said,what do you have? So basically I ordered what hewanted to sell me.I should have left. When I got to the window the expressionless girl packed up my order and I got home withoutmy drink. I hate when service industry people don't care at all about the customer. I won't go back. I called to ask for mylarge drink and they don't answer the phone either. Very rude staff answered the box in the drive through super rude as we politely asked if anyone was there we were rudely... greeted and kept getting inturupted as if we were ?disturbing? by asking for our food . When we got to the front we were yetagain rudely greeted by a ?Brandie? very rude and short slamming the door in our face when we were trying to ask for sauce androlling her eyes at us even when handing her the card to pay for our food.
