I ordered this 2 times for delivery through the app and they did a terrible job. My order took 2 plus hours to deliver. I called... them and they said they don?t deliver then why is it an option on the app for this location? And then I ordered it again at 4:30and called them at 5:30 asked where my pizza was and they said it would get to my house at 6. Then I called again at 6:10 withno pizza and they cancelled my order. My daughter had a ticket for a free buffet so we tried it out. I wasn't expecting much, but I was glad we went. Food was... delicious and hot. Staff was busy keeping everything cleaned and the buffet full. I'm glad we stopped in today. Keep up thegreat work! Read more
When my own kids were younger, I liked CiCi's, but my wife hated it. As it turns out, she was right all along. All you can eat... pizza buffet, with a wide selection of cheaply made pizzas, including dessert pizzas. Small salad bar based on an iceberglettuce mix and a handful of simple toppings and condiments. They have a small game room / arcade that younger kids mightenjoy. We used a booster seat and a high chair, but they were sticky and dirty. Read more
I ordered delivery. I was missing items from my delivery so when I called they said oh we were out. They had no intentions or... calling me and letting me know hey we are out or whatever. Then of course I have to get a refund and they said it?s going totake a week for the refund. Check your receipt and make sure you get what you ordered because of not they will pocket the money! The staff was young and refreshingly respectful, as well as attentive and just made our experience there very fun. I have a 4... year old and they were so nice to her. Walking into this place, I was greeted with a smile ???? and this young man Name Eric was just so polite and greeted every... customer and very friendly.( He just made me smile- with his nice Personality. This guy loves his job. I noticed as well a younglady employee comes in to work with a ???? smile. I took a table up front and you can see how customers liked Eric greeting.This place is Clean and Buffet area was nice and everything looks delicious . Food was delicious ????.
