I?ve been ordering for delivery from this place for the past year, way more frequently than I care to admit. The service and... products are consistently good. Well I went to order my pizza, salads and soda. I spoke very clearly the guy in the phone repeats it back I said yes that?s it.... When I driver gets here he has only a pizza and one drink. I asked where?s the rest and he says that?s it. Then says I wasn?tcharged for the rest so I?d have to call back to get it and pay another delivery fee and such. Dominos is getting worst and worst. First off the pizza sauce doesn't even taste like pizza sauce. They replaced the regular... size sausage with huge chunks and then sliced them in half. Now you can't enjoy all your toppings in one. Let's talk about thewings. They use to coat the wings in sauce now they just drizzle the sauce on them like it's a Lil Debbie Cake but advertisefully coated wings. I did carside delivery early Friday night and when my time started it stopped about 15 secs later without my pizza being brought... out to me. I had my hazards on like it says to wait when I arrive. I called the store after a few minutes because I wasn?t ableto walk inside and get my pizza. The employee answered and said that she would bring it out to me. I asked about the 2 minstimer and why it stopped and she acted like she didn?t know. I asked her about the additional 60pts added to my account if itisn?t out to me within 2 mins and she said she didn?t know about the 2 mins or the extra pts added if it isn?t brought out to meby that timeframe. We order from this domino's all the time. We have only had a issue one time and they promptly fixed it when I called. Last week... we called and the person (justin) that answered was super friendly and helpful. The drivers are friendly and follow directionsperfectly. We don't like them to knock or use our door bell as we have dog alarms lol. They just text when the pizza is on ourporch. Will always use this dominos. Read more
