Absolutely horrible. Staff was atrocious. They should all be fired and start from scratch. Ordered on the app and was late to... pick it up (thankfully). When I got there, all employees were on their phones. No other customer in the store. When asked aboutmy sandwich they said ?we will get to it in a minute?. Overall horrible experience. So we went in today to eat and were asked if we had an online order. We said no and they turned us away because they are not... taking any more orders because they are backed up with orders. The staff was overwhelmed but we were the only two in the shop. The floors weren?t swept and the fridge was almost empty. The... lady making our sandwiches was more focused on telling us that other people were supposed to be there and that she wasn?t goingto work any extra that she lost focus making our food and made our order poorly. Went here for lunch! The ladies were so sweet! The guy was very short with customers and staff! He kept saying how short handed... they were!
