Absolutely horrible. Staff was atrocious. They should all be fired and start from scratch. Ordered on the app and was late to... pick it up (thankfully). When I got there, all employees were on their phones. No other customer in the store. When asked aboutmy sandwich they said ?we will get to it in a minute?. Overall horrible experience. So we went in today to eat and were asked if we had an online order. We said no and they turned us away because they are not... taking any more orders because they are backed up with orders. The staff was overwhelmed but we were the only two in the shop. The floors weren?t swept and the fridge was almost empty. The... lady making our sandwiches was more focused on telling us that other people were supposed to be there and that she wasn?t goingto work any extra that she lost focus making our food and made our order poorly. I highly recommend Jersey Mikes they have the best Subs in town! The general manager EV took care of us and great fast service.... Got the chickens bacon ranch cheese steak and it was delicious. Read more

I love the sandwiches but the staff needs improvement. I ordered lunch for curbside (7/9/22) and when I arrived I used the app... to tell them I was there. So 10 minutes later no one showed up, I tried calling multiple times and every time it went straightto voicemail. So I waited 10 more minutes and eventually had to go in, even though I had a baby in the car which is why I choseto do curbside. I found that they had it ready on time but the manager told the employees not to bring it out because they wereunder staffed. I don't care how low staffed they are, it only takes 2 minutes to walk outside or they could have at least calledme to let me know. By the time I got it home my hot sandwich was cold and and they got my order wrong also. I am done with thislocation if that's how they wsnt to run things. Read more
Went here for lunch! The ladies were so sweet! The guy was very short with customers and staff! He kept saying how short handed... they were! News flash if you?re short handed try being kind to the ones who showed up! Definitely needs some one higher up tostep in and correct the behavior of this guy! He seemed to be the manager.
