The only way things go well at this location is dine in. Tonight I got online for delivery but was told I was out of range... despite living less than 10 min away and having delivery before. Okay short staffed maybe. So I get on Door Dash. The restaurantconfirms my order. Later I see the driver waiting. Suddenly an alert pops up that the restaurant can?t fulfill my order andcancels it. THIRTY MINUTES AFTER THEY CONFIRMED IT. It was sweet and sour pork and pot stickers for crying out loud. I felt badfor the driver who sat there waiting and didn?t get paid because Mama Fu?s cancelled the entire order. Read more

Lettuce wraps were seriously lacking in flavor. Took the leftovers home and added hoisin sauce, greatly improved them. (They... don't do sides of hoisin, I asked.) Read more

For paying $100 you would expect good customer service and food. Everything was too salty, Pad Thai was soggy. Definitely not... worth the price. Might as well go to Panda Express for a fraction of the price. Read more

Just ate at Mama Fu's Kyle and I am beyond disappointed. We paid $70 and it was definently not worth it. We use to love it here... but today the food was bland, the rice was hard and the steak was hard and dry. The sesame chicken was super salty as well. Thepot stickers were good but that was it. I don't know if it's this location but I am so sad about the food quality. Read more

Their Pad Thai tasted like Chinese stir-fried noodles. The Brisket Jalapenos fried rice was pretty amazing, albeit a tad too... salty. It?s not a place I will return to, unfortunately? Read more

Buyer Beware! The soup is not what is advertised! Their cup of soup is 6oz, the bowl is 12oz.... The new white paper-based... container will hold 12oz if it is filled to the very top... A 3rd grade math lesson will teach you that a cup is 8oz which wouldmake a bowl bigger. A manager at Mama fu' explained to me when I called that amounts for soup were 6oz, 12oz, and 32oz... So whydon't we get what we pay for? How about this, advertise correctly! Have your people literally use a standard measuring tool forvolume so that right amount is given. That way, your staff don't have to show their lack of skills on simple measurement.Yesterday, I purchased a bowl of wonton soup that was supposed to 12oz but it was 8oz; I spent about 5 bucks on a cup ofsoup.... Mama Fu, please fix the way your folk prepare an order of soup, advertise the right about, or/and take the damn itemoff the menu because you don't have staff that knows how to prepare and serve food. Or are you meaning to cheat the public? Read more
