Good breakfast, clean bathrooms and clean dining area. The kiosks for ordering.are straight out of a mike judge movie and I was... humbled by not knowing how to use them. Line is wrapped around the building as usual. I?ve lived here for ten plus years and this place just gets worse every time I... visit. I try to give them another chance and something is wrong. You wait an hour in the drive through, they forget an item, thefries have little to no salt. I?ve called the GM for this place and he was always nice, but nothing has really changed for thebetter. Wish it would just get better. So here?s what?s wrong. I wait in line and six other cars pass on the right side. Whenit?s my turn to order I wait, and wait, and wait. I finally say hello and the order taker says ?welcome to mc Donald?s? in asarcastic tone. I speak loud and clear and he still asks me what the drink was at the end of each meal even though I told him.Seems like poor training is the problem here. The food was hot and fresh and made quickly. That being said, the service was exceptionally poor. The kiosk didn't work forcing... you to go to the counter anyways, the associates bagged my meal despite my dine in request, and refused to bring my food to mytable despite using their own service methods. The store had not been cleaned in a while, and finding a table I didn't have toclean myself was not easy. At this point, I didn't even feel bad for leaving all of my trash where I sat. 4pm rush amounted to8 people at 3 tables plus drivethru. Read more

The McDonald?s in Kyle TX has a disgusting human named Paula ( the manager)! Everyone else in that restaurant is also... disturbingly rude. There was an elderly man who spoke no English only Spanish and was being ignored by the entire staff. Ifinally told the disgusting Paula to help him and she said he had to place his order him self. I explained to her that hedoesn?t know how to use computers. She said there?s nothing I can do. I then got upset and demanded she take his order. Duringthe process she rolled her eyes. Was rude to the elderly man. I was so sad that her attitude was so bad this man started shakingbecause he was so nervous. I had to help him with the entire thing. Which I was happy too. I asked her to stop rolling her eyesand then she refused service to me. I had to convince another manger to let me eat there. This experience was so disturbing.Paula your disgusting. I hope no one ever treats your dad or grandpa this way. Get your self another job!!! Better yet, don?twork anywhere. Stay away from society. There is also a young guy taking drive thru orders who said if you don?t like orderingyour self then leave. I think you should also leave!!! I always have my kids with me and exclusively use their drive through. I give the atmosphere in my minivan 3 stars-- the parking... lot and street traffic do not significantly add or detract from those 3 stars :D Read more
