First time ever hearing of P.Terry?s Burger Stand as we passed through the area. We had our fifth wheel in tow and pulled... through and parked. They are still under some construction in the area but we parked and had room to safely exit the lot when wewere done. The service was outstanding. I ordered and mentioned we hadn?t heard of them before. He welcomed me in and thanked mefor giving them a try. As I was waiting for my order, which by the way did not take long at all, the gentlemen who took my orderasked if we were traveling with anyone else. I said no, just my husband and our dog. He then thanked me again and gave me twocomplementary cookies. So kind. My husband got a double burger with bacon, fries and a double chocolate shake. I got thelettuce wrap burger fries and tea, our dog got the chicken patty!! We all enjoyed it very much and thought it tasted like ahomemade burger. So glad we stopped. The food was good as usual however Most locations are Drive-Thru only so I stopped here at 10pm to eat inside. Inside was... closed. WHY? Why build the dining room and not use it? No signage. No posted done-in hours. Not even a note inside so thelovely and helpful employee at the window could tell me when the dining room IS open. They had 5-7 people working. It wouldtake almost no effort to clean my table if I ate inside. Fortunately, I dint need to go back, so I won?t. I?m sure the issueis related to not having enough staff but a Sign or posting your hours on Google is an inexpensive was to show some attention todetail. Let me conclude by saying that if a restaurant doesn?t pay attention to detail that you CAN SEE then you probably don?twant to know what they neglect that you can?t see. Absolutely a bad service! I've around Austin to different P.Terry and from all this is the worst. I've experienced the drive... thru, and going inside the restaurant. I just went there right now, and not only they mess up my order twice. But they also messup my dad's order. They made my dad wait 50 minutes for a chicken burger in which they had previously mess it up by giving himfried instead of grill. The burger wasn't the issue, but him waiting and never getting the burger. There drive thru was anightmare the first time I went..l, they take forever to make the orders. I thought it be faster going in, but in reality theytake long as well. Plus I wasn't the only one I saw 4 costumers walking out unsatisfied with their orders. I've experienced bothof their services the 1st time was a pass, and understandable we all make mistakes, but today was the second time, but not onlythey mess up my order, but they make us wait for a while. This P Terry?s is a huge disappointment. This was my second time going to this location and I couldn?t even get served. The cars... in the drive through did not move at all for 25 minutes. The previous visit, my fries were half cooked and half uncooked. Read more

So it's definitely new which means it'll have some flaws as they train and find their groove. But we've gone a few times and... each time have had a good experience with customer service which is what really makes or breaks whether I'll go back to a placethat I know I like the food. I will drive 15min out of the way to another location or choose not to go altogether to a place Ilike the food if customer service is poor. P. Terry's in general has good food, so even though our breakfast sandwiches had toomuch salt and pepper, I wouldn't, not get it again or not go here because I know those kinds of kinks will work itself out. Allin all, a pleasant experience. Oh and on our last visit, they gave us 2 cookies for no reason, it was a very kind gesture andgreatly appreciated. I forgot how much I liked the cookies. Read more
Clean with a feel of a dinner in the dining area, comfortable and functional. Brand new corporate facility in Kyle. Nice... location off the highway, one of the first to open in a new open area in front of the future Costco. Nice drive thru andadvance order parking. Nice sandbox area outside for kido's to play. Standard grilled burger fare using quality meat andingredients. Quick service, it was nice to chat with the GM Daisy about our experience. Read more
What can I say... It's Austin's answer to In-N-Out. Great retro 60's atmosphere. Fresh, I mean FRESH food. I'll go out of my way... for this fast food. And they are fast, friendly and accurate! Just awesome! Before long they will be invading California! Read more
