Absolutely terrible. My order took 2 hours to arrive. We only ordered 1 large pizza and 8 wings and after 2 hours we ONLY... received our pizza. No wings. After 7 phone calls and waiting on hold for 15 minutes no one answered. DoorDash driver said hewould go back and talk to them and have them call me. I am waiting to be refunded. Read more
Posted an order online for some papadias and some sides with drinks and extra sauces. Order gets delivered missing drinks and... sauces ask the driver about it and get told I don't work for papa John's I'm with Doordarshan you need to call the store to fixthe issue and it wasn't her problem. Try calling the store and everything is automated finally got to a call center which gaveme the run around finally attempted to make contact with the store to be disconnected twice. Ended up driving to the store inthe middle of a family get together.... only good thing that came from interrupting our get together is the refund I was givenwhen I went to the store.... do not reccomend Papa John's for any sort of delivery now as they outsource everything now. 1.5 waited, wrong size that was re-heated and served back to me. No gloves were worn as they touched everything from cell... phones, hair face counter pens and straight to making pizza and touching pepperoni ect; worst experience I had with COVID stillhere...gloves should me word and masks in food service/ customers interactions greeting customers was zero to done it took 15mins before I was acknowledge of my order. I ordered a small pizza to be delivered and waited over an hour for it, even though I live 5 minutes away. The pizza was cold... and they didn?t include the sauces I paid extra for. The driver said they didn?t even give them to him. Very disappointed :( Read more
The last few orders have been terrible, the one today just topped it off. We had to wait a while to get the order then after... waiting it arrives like this! This is supposed to be a large pepperoni epic stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni but looks morelike one of those soup bowls made of bread and it's completely burned on the sides and the bottom completely brown too.. "pizza"was horrible it was a waste of money. I didn't bother trying to call to correct the order because I did not want to wait aroundanother hour and did not want to take the chance of getting bad customer service. Read more
For the 2nd time- ordered online, had an issue and cannot get anyone at this location to answer the phone. No pizza, no refund,... no response from anyone. After hitting every prompt, I finally got someone in India to answer ( this is how they take phoneorders now, apparently) & they couldn't get anyone from the store on the phone either. They also can't cancel / refund myorder. Transferred to customer service, also in India. They have entered a ticket for management to review. The same story asthe 1st time this happened. I chalked the first time up to covid, even though it was 2021 but whatever. The problem is how thiscompany is run. They don't care about taking care of their customers or even answering the freaking phone or having a manageror owner call you back. They won't even process a promised refund. Read more
Ordered from this location a few weeks ago and when we went to pick up our pizza they had given it away to someone else so we... had to stand there and wait 30 min for them to make another. Today we made the mistake of ordering from here again and when wegot there our pizza was given away AGAIN. We had to wait another 30 min for another pizza to be made only to drive home with itand realize they gave us the wrong pizza. No compensation or apologies from the staff. There will not be a third time of givingmy pizza away because I won?t be returning. Read more
Pizza was overcooked and had the wrong toppings. I really found this hard to believe as the app indicated my pizza was ready,... but, when I arrived at the store they had not started my order. I could see they were overwhelmed, so, I agreed to wait for myorder. 15 minutes later got the wrong order and an overcooked pie. I guess I should have gone to Marcos Read more
