What is happening at this location? Ordered and paid. Pizza never showed up. Gave them another chance, This mess just showed up.
Did all the right things to place order. Confirmed email receipt. Show up and no order. After the staff looked through all... the ovens more than twice, went and checked with the back, twice - We must have given your order to someone else. REALLY, howgrossly incompetent can you be. Did offer to make but would still take 20 minutes since they were busy. No offer ofcompensation just we really don't care since we have too much business right now to do the right thing. It's been a while sinceI've had pizza hut and I'm sure is still the same ole over priced slop. Had quit going to Pizza Hut because the expense did not justify the quality or amount that you received. However, it looks like... they have improved their quality, and gone back to the Pizza Hut I remembered. Tasted very good! Still expensive, but not out ofcontrol. Read more

Staff issue Tried to order 2 pizzas over the phone. Guy I spoke with was not paying attention. Gave my card information to him... 3 times in easy to remember 4 digit intervals. He then proceeded to lie and say my card was declined. He tried it twice whilegoing through the ?I?m sorry Sir? it?s just not working routine, I just gave up and politely got off the phone and ordered fromanother store without issue.
