The manager had No Clue what was going on. I could literally hear his feet dragging as he walks up to vehicles that have ALREADY... paid and asking what was their order. It took a clearly-experienced cook (who had batter all over his apron) to come outside andhelp all the customers with their food and drinks. I rated them with two stars because the restaurant and restrooms were clean. The food was dry, hard, and sitting out for some... time. The hot sauce packets they gave me was dirty and sticky. Customer service could also use a little more friendliness. Therevine was like they were just there for the paycheck and didn't really care. So overall I guess it is an "okay" experience here. Store Number 11867. Ac is leaking in lobby area. Staff finally placed bucket to catch water and mopped. Young guy taking orders... in the lobby has no knowledge on the computer and/or products. When order wad incorrect was told by "purple" that we had to payfor the difference because how it was rang up. Out of all soda products except for 2. Don't put in a mobile order! They will have you pull forward and forget about you for 30 minutes. When I went to tell them, they... said they were waiting on spicy chicken. We love Popeyes in general. But out of around 9 times visiting this location over months, only one time was really good and the... rest of the times they either made a mistake on the order, shorted us on fries, gave us mild instead of spicy, the food wasn'tfresh or something else was wrong. Today, our dine in order was forgotten and after over 20 min of waiting, I approached thecounter only to be ignored for a few more minutes before I finally spoke up about my order not having come out in over 20minutes time. And they weren't even that busy and had a lot of staff.They seemed very unorganized and in need of better trainingand/or management. Read more
A bit disappointed in the service but sadly it is seen like this in much of the younger generation. My disabled husband and I... stopped to get an early dinner after I was released from the hospital for an injury. My husband was using his walker and I hadmy arm in a sling. Maybe I am wrong but I was a bit surprised when none of the staff even offered to help take our tray to thetable when they were not busy. Also the fact that my husband had to ask for a bag for a to go order we later placed to takehome.
