I arrived at the drive thru speaker box around 5:15 to order. There were about 3 cars ahead of me. It took 15 minutes just to... get to the window. I figured they were very busy so I didn't mind. I got to the window around 5:30 the girl at the window gaveme my total and I paid. A few minutes passed and I see her grab a drink carrier and put drinks and straws in there and walk tothe back. I had assumed that it was my order. She never came back to the front. After waiting about 10 minutes another girl cameto the window asking if I had paid already. I told her yes. She asked me what my order was I gave her all the info. After a fewmore minutes I knocked on the window and said "I'm sorry but I have to go I have a online class starting in 15 minutes, I needto get home. Please refund my card." She said okay one second. She opens the window to tell me she couldn't find my order torefund me.... Is this a joke? Seriously. She stated she just clocked in and the girl who was working the drive thru left, shewent to the back to look for her but she was gone. I told her it's okay I needed to leave. I left with nothing. I paid $15 whichI later find out I paid for someone else's order after reading the receipt the girl had given me!!! I couldn't believe what justhappened. I will never visit this location again. I pretty much paid for 45 minutes of my time sitting in their drive thru onlyto receive nothing. It's not even worth my time to drive back and explain this situation all over again. Stay away spend yourmoney elsewhere. Quick question though. Is there anyone over 18 working at this place? Even a manager.? Apparently they do drive thru orders over people that make the effort to walk in. Even as they haven't even ordered yet. This... isn't the first time this has happened. Really frustrating. Don't make me wait.. Make them in the order that you get them. Thatwould be fair. Read more
Love smoothie king! This is my go-to meal any day of the week! I'm confused though. Lately service has been inconsistent. Not... only was I given the completely wrong smoothie on one occasion but portions lately are getting less and less.. and yes I want myfull cup when I'm walking out of the door! To the brim baby! When I have a half inch of see through cup at the top I getdepressed. I love my smoothies that much! And it's not like it couldn't be filled up cause you're throwing that much away that'sstill in the blender...now I'm more depressed! Please take the extra 5 seconds it would take to fill that cup up, and you'll getrepeat customers and loyalty forever!! LOVE MY SMOOTHIE KING! Just went in again . Love my smoothies.. and understand there isonly one person working I ordered my smoothie was paying as a car drove up to place their order I came out of the bathroom andmy smoothie wasn't ready but the person in drive thru was... gasp.. did you just make these out of order? Next car drives upstarts working on their order while my miserable 32oz smoothie sitting in blender.. can this be? I feel so neglected. Wish Icould take my tip back that I put on my credit card.. next I'll tip with a with real money, walk back and get it out. We went in yesterday for the first time ever at a Smoothie King. Our smoothies were made good and were correct. It was a nice... atmosphere, we had just gotten off of work so we sat as a family and talked a bit. Immediately, they started cleaning up like itwas closing time. Now online and outside on the door it says the store closes at 9pm. We got there at 7:30. We got up to leaveabout 8:05 cause my husband said ?well I guess they close at 8 not 9?. As we got up to leave, I turned back and one of the youngladies behind the counter celebrated like that was her goal for us to leave. Then she came around behind us, locked the door andgave a dirty look. For our first visit, it was good up until that happened. My son and I were in Kyle and ordered smoothies on the app. We went to pick them up and they weren't ready. Tried several... times to ask the workers if they had an order, but they never seemed to hear us (had earbuds in, i believe)) and never seemed tonotice they had a guest standing there waiting. Finally (10 minutes after the smoothies were supposed to be ready) they startedworking on them. They didn't blend them well and apparently forgot some of the ingredients. My son's was very watered down andmine (and a carrot kale dream which i've gotten at several locations and love) was nasty! Chunks of kale, not sweet at all anda bad aftertaste. Just tasted like watered down kale, not anything like it normally tastes. We were very disappointed. Whata waste of time and money! Read more
This is my go-to place when I want to fuel up with a smoothie! They have a variety of smoothies to choose from and a lot of... additional options to give your smoothie an extra boost! They always provide excellent service and make the smoothies FAST! Theyalso have a drive-thru behind the building. I also utilize their app to build up reward points for discounts and you can evensetup your credit card to automatically pay when you use the app when you order. The only reason that I didn't get them 5 starsis that I don't think that it's appropriate to ask if you want to leave a tip with your order. On some level, I agree with theperson who wrote about their tipping experience. Having a tip jar at the window is fine, but I'd really not like to be asked ifI'd like to leave a tip, especially if I don't even know who is making my smoothie.
