This is probably one of the most disorganized fast food places I've ever been to. Consistently wrong orders and absurdly slow... service. Mozzarella sticks and a drink take over 30 minutes and the drink is wrong when it finally arrives? And the replacementdrink takes more than ten minutes? Standard practice here. Just swing by the Dollar General down the road and get frozenversions of all the food you want. It'll take less time and probably be better quality too. Horrific food, the employees and the owners stopped caring about this places a long time ago, I was served a burger with... plastic/metal piece you use to close a bread bag with. It was right in the middle of it and I was chewing it until i realizedsomething wasn't right. It could've been served to a child who might've swallowed it. This place needs to be shut down as soonas possible we don't have any idea what's actually going on in that kitchen. Also if Sonic wants their employees to care abouttheir job maybe pay them better instead of begging for tips all the time. I'm disgusted with this and I'm going to let BBB knowabout it. Gm Chelsie is the rudest person I have encountered at a fast food place, and that's saying alot. I ordered 2 -8pc cheese sticks,... 1regular onion ring and a small blast. When I got home I noticed I got no receipt, I was missing 1 cheese stick and had a largeronion ring then what I ordered. I called and told her what I ordered and before I was finished she said the blast was $9.00. Isaid excuse me!!! I love the kids running out the food, they are so nice and I?m sure they deserve to be paid more for how much they have to put... up with, don?t forget to tip! However, I am a regular app user and often swing by after work. I cannot even remember the lasttime the kitchen has gotten an order right. The ticket on the outside of the bag is always correct, but inside is a differentstory. If I ask for no mayo, there seems to be extra. If I ask for no tomatoes, there?s ONLY tomatoes, nothing else. If I askfor a sprite I get something red and syrupy. I suspect it?s probably lack of care from the kitchen staff, but it?s not fair tothe kids running out orders to have to run everything back again, especially if the person ordering gets mad at them even thoughthey didn?t make the food. They seem really nice but had some issues with my order, drive thru. -took a decent amount of time to get my order (not that big... of a deal) -was missing both tater tots that we went and asked for, took that as a simple mistake -got home to discover bothbreakfast sandwiches were missing the meat (sausage)... how... could understand if they put bacon instead but nothing at all?
