Very busy at 3:15 pm when I stopped in. Ordered the seasonal Juniper Latte. Came out quickly despite the crowd inside. I... tried to use an offer that would give me a drink for $3 after 3 pm from the phone app. They could not get it to work so theygave me the drink for free!!! Excellent customer service. This is my Starbucks! If you come here often and get to know the baristas, they will treat you like family. There are several... ?regulars? here who are super friendly and fun to visit with. I?ve even seen one get a free drink just because they come hereall the time. ???? The quality is the same as any other Starbucks. It?s the staff and atmosphere that makes it worth comingto. Important - there is no drive thru. Also, don?t come at closing time because they will not open the door once it?s locked.(Some customers don?t understand that baristas, too, have a life). Read more
