I rarely put a bad review here but this one takes the cake. It was over the weekend about 4:45pm we had ordered on the app and... it took our order said it would be ready in 20min. so I went to go pick it up and I'm about 5min out from the Subway Shop mywife calls me and tells me that they are closed at 5:00pm. So she calls the shop and talks to the guy there at the store andexplains everything that we had ordered on the app and it accepted the order and that I would be there shortly to pick it up andhe said that he would be closed. Myself and another lady had showed up to pick up our orders and the guy had already shutdownand was cleaning up a little after 5pm. I totally understand about being understaffed but I also understand that bringing in asmuch money as I can in a day that is probably a big money day projection and getting a close to that number as I can. Whateverhappened to customer satisfaction, appreciation. We went over to the Subway in Walmart and they had 1 person running the shopand he made it happen. The best business is the business that has happy customers that keep coming back and recommending them totheir family and friends. We had recieved a notification saying that our order was canceled after I showed up and so did thelady. What kind of business is that? Not a good one. ???? the reviews say a lot.
