I have been going to various Subways around the country for over 30 years, and I have never been denied a topping for a... sandwich. The young man behind the counter acted as if the only way to make the sandwich was the suggestion that Subwayrecommends. If this is the case; it might as well be a grab-and-go store. The whole idea is for the customer to get what theywant on their sandwich, wrap, or salad. Read more

Asked for more Spinach and I'm just happy I got the two leaves they allowed me to have. Don't trust online orders, go in person... because apparently corporate can't guarantee quality. Read more

Unfriendly employee who was not willing to toast the veggie sandwich after having all the veggies in. Says he?s not supposed to... do that. First time that I have experienced a rude and inflexible employee in a Subway. Read more

I rarely put a bad review here but this one takes the cake. It was over the weekend about 4:45pm we had ordered on the app and... it took our order said it would be ready in 20min. so I went to go pick it up and I'm about 5min out from the Subway Shop mywife calls me and tells me that they are closed at 5:00pm. So she calls the shop and talks to the guy there at the store andexplains everything that we had ordered on the app and it accepted the order and that I would be there shortly to pick it up andhe said that he would be closed. Myself and another lady had showed up to pick up our orders and the guy had already shutdownand was cleaning up a little after 5pm. I totally understand about being understaffed but I also understand that bringing in asmuch money as I can in a day that is probably a big money day projection and getting a close to that number as I can. Whateverhappened to customer satisfaction, appreciation. We went over to the Subway in Walmart and they had 1 person running the shopand he made it happen. The best business is the business that has happy customers that keep coming back and recommending them totheir family and friends. We had recieved a notification saying that our order was canceled after I showed up and so did thelady. What kind of business is that? Not a good one. ???? the reviews say a lot. I hope they get it together, but I'll be goingto the Walmart Subway from now on. As I stated above I rarely put negative reviews on here. Read more

This has got to be the worst subway I?ve ever been to. And I used to be a store manager for subway about 5 years ago. They are... always out of food, and the manager kid is always in a horrible mood. There will be 10 guests waiting in line and the managerwill wait in the back so he doesn?t have to work. He throws pans, clicks his tongue, rolls his eyes, and acts like working atsubway is the hardest thing in the world. I?m honestly surprised no one has attacked him for how rude he is, and I?m even moresurprised he has a job. All the employees, girl with braids, and the two boys who work are some of the worst employees I?ve everencountered. This location needs serious help. I get that covid impacted things and there?s a worker shortage but cmon now. There is no dress code anymore, the kids don?t wash their hands, they throw things around, and they make us all feel bad forbeing customers. The only thing good about this place is that it?s right next to HEB. The girl who dyes her hair is also nice, she?s not included in this complaint. The picture shows my sandwich. For the 3rd time they were out of jalapeños, bananapeppers, and black olives. I asked for ranch and the kid with the glasses was too busy complaining about corporate that heforgot my ranch as well. Honestly embarrassing. IF THESE KIDS THINK THIS IS HARD, stay home and cry yourself to sleep becauseyou won?t make it in this world. Thanks for reading. Read more

I think the main mistake I made was ordering from this specific store! I made an online order at 6:50pm. Order confirmation... said "Ready at 7:15". OK, I can work with that. I arrive at the store at 7:10. There are about 7 people in the line total, not groups. After nearly 5 minutes of standing next to the order pickup area, the young woman asks, "Are you here for apickup?" Yes, yes I am. Her response, "It will be just a few minutes." Oh...my order ticket was sitting on the make-line,waiting to be made. Fast forward 20 minutes. All the people that were in the line had now received their orders. So did twoorders that came in AFTER I arrived. One of the young ladies who was receiving her food said to me, "Maybe you should remindthem you are here." I respond, "They are about to really know I am here!" So the young woman on the make-line says that they"had to get the line down before they could get mine made. I said no...you should have started to make mine the moment I walkedin the door, and put me ahead of the rest of the line, since my order was now ALREADY LATE. Finally, she starts making myorder. Service quality didn't improve. My wife's toasted turkey sandwich ends up burned on top. Why? The sandwich was notopen-faced when they put it in the toaster. She couldn't even eat the top because it was burned. As for my sandwich...where doI begin? Let's see. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch, with double meat, plus extra bacon and some other toppings. First, inorder to qualify as a Chicken Bacon Ranch, you have to have BACON! There was not a single strip on my sandwich. The doublemeat was questionable, since the woman didn't even measure, she just grabbed a handful of chicken and threw it on the bread. Sandwich artist? Sure, if you want to be dealing with ABSTRACT art! I couldn't even pick up the sandwich, because it was sucha mess. Oh...the young woman wasn't even wearing a hat/hairnet. Her hair wasn't in a ponytail; it was just ha Read more

I?m so sick of the lousy service here. The last time we tried to get subway they ran out of bread. Yes. You read that right. It... wasn?t even closing time. This time, I placed an online order and when my husband arrives to pick up our order the man tellshim, he forgot to make the order. After getting the order home I receive an incorrect order. Missing items, added onion that I?mallergic to, and stale old bread! Not toasted, just hard and stale. I just wish I could get a good sandwich with no issues fromhere because I do enjoy subway when I can eat it. Read more
