Horrible, the new worker was not understanding anything I was saying messed up three of them, put the wrong sauce on them and... didn?t add enough meat to them and I had to repeat myself multiple times.they didn?t have all of their breads, and all of thesodas was just carbonated. Didn't apologize for the wait and he kept messing up my order that the person behind me left 20minutes before I did. Read more

Worst fast food experience ever! The sandwiches were mediocre, but we were in line for almost an hour. The staff was not only... slow but didn?t seem to care about their customers. Their music (full of profanity and not family friendly) was so loud thatcommunicating with them was near impossible. I understand that many places are understaffed, however one of the two employerswhen seen dancing and standing around then even pretending to even help out his coworker. If I could give 0 starts I would. Staff does not follow food regulations, they use the same gloves to clean areas and serve... food. The assistant manager does not care about his employees and let?s them do whatever they want. He even has open energydrinks on the counter during his shift. Another staff member seemed to be under the influence of marijuana, was acting veryslow, being rude, was wearing sunglasses inside where the lights were already sort of dimmed. The only other employee (Angel)was the only one working but still not following regulation on how to properly handle the food. Read more

The worst experience I?ve had at a fast food chain. The 2 guys working had rap music on with cuss words and kept going to the... back to change the song while making our sandwiches. Which means they were touching their phones and then coming back to touchour food with the same gloves. Then the guy asked 3 times what sandwiches we had ordered since he forgot from 5 minutes ago fromgrabbing our bread to cashing us out. Soda machine was out of syrup in most of the sodas as well. Then a family with a dog showsup and has their dog on the table where customers were eating and the workers allowed this but told me my Walmart basket couldnot be inside the store. Worst $23 ever spent. All the money Subway is investing in their commercials lately needs to beredirected in hiring better. Not bad product hiw can you mess up a sandwich but the guy with the beard there on June 5th at 12:26 is the worst kind of... employee to ever have serve you food. Not only did he pause the lady in front of me order to remove bread after he alreadyheated up her sandwich and pulled it from oven. He set the timer and did it to me also. I was between work stops and wanted to get something to eat pretty quickly. But there was a line and only one person working at... the subway. At first, I let out a big sigh. But the representative there, Indigo was working so efficiently, quickly, andprofessionally that the line moved pretty quick. And on top of that Indigo had a great attitude!! Horrible. Wish I could give 0 stars. I have visited several times and had equally bad experiences, and have finally decided to... leave a review. Restaurant and FOOD PREP areas always dirty. Flies present. Staff seems annoyed by your presence. Every time Ihave ordered from the app, they are unaware of my order when I arrive to pick up and end up having to wait for them to make it.Always out of multiple menu items from reported improper planning. Once was told at 8pm on a Friday night they were ?closed toclean? during operation hours but when questioned of their hours, the employee said ?uhhh I guess I can make you something?.. Iconsidered saying yes but after looking at the filthy prep/food area, I left. This location is convenient to where I work, whichis unfortunate because I will now drive out of the way to go to the other location. Corporate needs to come in and address theseissues. Not up to par with other Subways. Very disappointing. Read more
