Have always loved the beef fajita tacos. Stopped by 30 minutes before closing. When we got our food it was cold and did not have... the usual good tasting flavor. We were disappointed so we probably will not be back to this place (Kyle, TX). Will give itanother chance at another location, but not this one. Read more

I ordered food a couple of months ago for takeout and when I got there they didn't have my order and couldn't even find it. They... finally figured it out and I literally waited for over 20 minutes to get my food. Well.. I decided to order again today, and theservice was not better at all. Again I ordered online to pick up and when I get there the lobby was closed so I couldn't go into pick up my food. I waited over 15 minutes in line so I can speak to someone in the Drive-Thru and they told me to go aroundto the side entrance (which was closed and still was) and I could get in to pick it up. I pull out of line and drive around andI get in finally. I got let in through the front and by this time it was 25 minutes later and my food was cold and missing allthe side sauces. I'm not sure what is going on at that establishment but I'm not sure if I will order from there again becausethe bad service that is consistent. Read more
This location is unfortunately very slow. The food is usually decent,though, and they do get the order correct most of the time.... They may have an issue staffing the restaurant which could be the cause of the long drive thru times. Service is not consistent,sometimes they?re friendly and sometimes they?re straight up rude depending on who takes your order. Read more
Pretty sure we got food poisoning from here on Tuesday evening. The beans tasted funny and the guacamole seemed like it was... about to be out of date. We ate it and the last two days we've been sick this was the only thing we ate that could beresponsible. If it doesn't taste right take it back!!! Don't eat it!!! Read more
First time I've ever had a bad experience at a Taco Cabana. Somehow I must have been inconveniencing the cashier at the window... today. She seemed upset that I wanted to add some extra drinks to my order. I told the cashier never mind I will not bepurchasing the drinks. I was looking forward to supporting my local Taco Cabana, but I will not be coming back. The drive thrucashier needs to learn a bit more manners before serving customers. Read more
Absolutely disgusting. Save your time, do not eat here. Unless you want lettuce as shown in the pic.
