I actually love the wings here and they always get my order right!! However, every single time I have to jump through HOOPS to... even get my order in. I call, they put me on hold immediately(if they even answer A LOT of times they don?t), sometimes for aslong as 10 minutes. The staff is always super rude at the phone, I feel like they?re never rude in person though. The food is typically good, but the service is horrendous. We sat at the counter for our order we did as pickup on DoorDash. We... were ignored while the front workers played on their phone and goofed off. Watched two door dashers grab their things and getyelled at by the same front workers who were messing around asking them not to mess with the bags. They wouldn?t have to if thefront counter workers actually did their job and paid attention to their customers. Finally got someone to acknowledge ourpresence to watch our wings just sitting there and our fries getting cold? manager said it would be a bit because it wasn?tready. Ordered wings online. They didn't put half the order in the bag. When we called and spoke with the manager Taylor she was rude... the entire time and told us to simply come pick it up. Then she couldn't find our order number so couldn't give it to us.Started listing off names of all all the people and their orders before we told her to stop we don't need to know other people'sinformation. Incredibly unprofessional. Then she told us to just go through door dash. And here we are nearly 2 hours laterstill no food. Im tired of wasting money here every time we have gone their the fries are burnt because they don?t change out the oil and it?s... so disappointing because that?s one of the main reasons I like to go there but I?m over trying to give this place a chanceplease do better. Read more
Food took an hour, dine in tables and floor were dirty and looked liked it hadn't been swept all day. I had to wipe down my own... table to eat. Drink station was wet and sticky. Waste of money. Got home and realized a whole meal was missing from the bag. Was left in hold for 10 mins. My BF made it there... before anyone answered so I hung up. Kids work here are terrible and can't get orders right. Food is not cooked right.Management is terrible, they cant prioritize orders if they're wrong. If you want wingstop that bad just make the drive to SanMarcos. Food and service is much better. Read more
