I've been meaning to head to Constellation Coffee for ages and was not disappointed when I eventually did. Very clean space with... a really diverse selection of coffee from many different roasters all of which were roasted in the last few days and they had anice selection of brewing equipment, too. I purchased a bag of Demitasse Ethiopian Banko Michicha and it's outstanding in a V60.You also get a free tea, cold brew or drip with your bag of beans, which was very much appreciated at 9AM on a Sunday!
