Honeybird has been on my list for over a year. I?m So glad we tried it finally. It?s a super casual and cute cafe with a good... menu of fried chicken and soutgwe style food. I got the Honeybird classic sandwich and my husband got the three peice withpotatoes and Collard greens. We both left full and satisfied. Nice ambience and customer service too! This is one of those original fried chicken places, before you can get fried chicken in every corner. They serve crispy chicken,... sides, sandwiches and mighty good pies. The collard greens and Mac and cheese are pretty delicious. The chipotle macaroni saladhas a nice kick and the watermelon salad is light and refreshing. Very good food! Helpful, and knowledgable staff. We got the 8 piece family pack (feeds 2-3). Great packaging, and tasty food.... We had a follow up question regarding ingredients after we got home; the staff was well trained and well informed. They wereable to guide us immediately. It should be noted that the Mac and cheese, and the fried chicken do contain eggs. We got themash, and collard greens. All were solid! Clean and modern interior. Kind and attentive staff. I love coming to honey bird for their delicious fried chicken and their sides. Today I had the chipotle Mac salad, the... watermelon salad and the amazingly wonderful cheddar biscuits. Everything was absolutely delicious and the flavors complimenteach other. The chicken is so moist and tender inside even the white chicken breast it is so tender and so juicy. The staff areso pleasant, friendly and very efficient. If you are hungry for fried chicken, I highly recommend you drive out of your way tocome to this place! Read more

It is made with crispy boneless chicken thigh, pickled chilies, tomato, pimento cheese, and toasted BriocheBun. If you want spicy, ask for The Firebird! You can also get the spicy sauce on the side. I was surprised to also like thePhil Lee O Fish. This sandwich has crispy whitefish, pickles, tomato, shredded cabbage, and lemon dill aioli.
