service 2/5 food 3/5 ambience 5/5 price 2/5 I am assuming that the high point of this place is the teppanyaki so I can't speak... for its pros. I went there out of whim with a friend and we just got 2 entre. I thought it was extremely underwhelming for theprice. But I was a traveling to this area, so perhaps the prices were aligned with its nearby restaurant....but i don't thinkthe price justified its taste. And thing that I hate from restaurant is how suggested tip starts at 20% instead of 15%-25%.Writing such thing only makes me wanna tip less. Server came 4x. To order, place, take away, and for check. I don't feelcomfortable tipping so much for doing the bare minimum when entre is $25 each. ambience is a killer though. Its super highceiling and looks nice and badass. perhaps teppanyaki is something to try, but would not recommend sitting in the regular seat. Read more

Me and my friends went to this place to try it. Up until that point it was my first experience and I was excited to try it,... however little did I know what I was in for. The wait time itself was like 30 mins to get water. After the food we ate we gotthe bill for it which was $305 and We paid the bill and give the tip, however moments later one of the workers came to us andsaid the tip wasn't enough and this to me was terrible service and very unprofessional on their end. They came back over andover and eventually and stared down us which was more unprofessional and that cause us to leave feeling very unsatisfying anduneasy. I went there for a special occasion with 5 of my friends, I have visited before and have had good experiences but this time they... were completely incompetent. We arrived and waited roughly 30 minutes to get water and another 20 minutes to place our order.The chef's performance was subpar with any hibachi place tricks are not essential but are welcomed and we got incessant bangingof a fork on a table and some engrossing and nothing more. The food was prepared okay, but the bean sprouts spoiled the dish asthey were tasteless and bland and still had the aroma of grass. Service was no better they almost refused to approach our tabledid not refill waters more than once and we did not get a refill until we paid our bill. As our birthday dinner was coming to anend their traditional gong was not brought out as well as when the $305 bill arrived we provided more than enough of a tip andwhilst we ate the server took the money. Then the server proceeded to return and badger us stating that "this was not enoughmoney for the tip for her cook" She proceeded to stare us down and repeatedly come over and say the same thing. She made theentire staff and security stare at us as if we had just stolen from them and made our dining experience extremely uncomfortable.As we left we added 15 dollars to our already 30-dollar tip and essentially we had to leave the restaurant in a hurry as thewaitress was attempting to tell us that this was still not enough. I have in my life never had a waitress or anyone say thatthis was not enough of a tip and I am unwilling to return to this establishment and I will be taking my business elsewhere Read more

And, compared to Kobe Steakhouse, the filet mignon was a little too chewy, and not cooked the way I asked for it.But, the scallop I had was good and so was the yakisoba. Overall, it wasn?t too bad. We had the pleasure of visiting Sakura for the first time tonight and could not be more impressed. We made reservations ahead of... time and had zero wait and were impressed by the friendly service and exciting hibachi show. Highly recommend the filet andscallops and the spicy tuna hand roll.
