There were a lot of thinks off about their food. The breading was wrong and too thick, and didn't stay on the chicken. Was... that even chicken I ate?. Super thick and tough to chew. It was not done right. The chicken should be smaller and pleasing toeat. The fries looked nothing like what was advertised in their photos. I asked for chicken to be mild, and it was prettyspicy. Visited here for the first time today. This place is absolutely delicious. Ordered the Kluckin Combo #1 (sandwich & fries). Took... about 10 minutes and the tray was served to me, as I dined in. The chicken and fries come out piping hot (temperature wise) sobe careful. That's how you know it's fresh! Chicken is juicy and tender. Ordered the Kluckin hot which is a flavorful spice withjust the right amount of kick (options include no heat, Kluckin mild, Kluckin hot and Kluckin fire!). Good quality, decent service. One critique was that I ordered the combo with 1 sandwich and my wife ordered a sandwich for... herself. I wish the cashier had recommended getting the 2 sandwich combo. Would have saved us several dollars. Now I know. Additionally, we enjoyed the sandwiches, but there was some spice flavor that I wasn't fond of. I don't criticize the restaurantfor that, but next time I will get the sandwich without the spicy sauce. I thought the chicken itself was well worth it. Thefries were good too. We picked up dinner from here for the first time today. Let me tell you the food was out of this world. We ordered 3 of the 2... sandwich combos for my husband, son and myself as well as a quesadilla. First let me share about the fries. They were crispyand perfectly seasoned. By far some of the best fries we have had anywhere and in a long time. We each took down all the frieswithout hesitation. Next, the sandwich. It is described as being a tender in a bun but it was more like a breast in a bun. The chicken was absolutely crispy on the outside and moist and cooked all the way through on the inside. We had the mild andthe seasoning was spot on. The coleslaw, pickles and sauce definitely escalate the sandwich to the next level and make eachbite absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, none of us were able to take down the two sandwiches but now we are looking forward tolunch tomorrow when we get to enjoy the leftover sandwich. And as expected the quesadilla did not disappoint. Ooey gooey cheesywith a medium tender that was not overly spicy. We will definitely be back and most certainly have added Kluckin Chicken to ourrotation of favorite spots. It's also worth mentioning that the customer service was A+. Chicken sandwiches so good, I?ve been back 3 times, and recommended to friends. La Crescenta isn?t really known for food, which... leaves many to drive to Burbank, Pasadena, or Glendale. However, Kluckin Chicken is a good reason to stay local. I recommend theKluckin Combo #2. It?s enough food for two people with a price of around $15 after tax. Be warned, the food can be spicy,especially the sauce. I get the sandwich with a bun (buttery and delicious). Eddy is the owner of this franchise and I hope ifyou go you have the opportunity to meet him. Very hospitable and treats all his guests with care.
