Very uncustomizable food menu. The beyond meat sandwich is labeled as vegan, but this is NOT a vegan sandwich as it contains... cheese and eggs, and is not customizable at all. Earl grey tea lattes can ONLY be hot at this location, which is confusing sinceall it takes is some freaking ice. Not impressed. Read more

This was not a good experience. I came over for the first time because the line at Starbucks was to the street. There was no... line at Caribou but waited awkwardly long. Got my coffee and it was half filled with foam, and it is definitely burnt. It tastelike black coffee. Very disappointed. Would rather waite elsewhere then spend money on this trash. Read more

This drive thru location was very fast! I got a small, hot caramel high rise. This is a really cute location.
