I have never commented on McDonald?s as I have never had any issues until now. Just picked up my mobile order and was highly... disappointed. First thing; the gal who brought me my order didn?t put the drinks in a carrier and says ?oh, I didn?t think youneeded a drink carrier.? Get home and open the bag; missing one of the chicken sandwiches I ordered and the fries were tippedover in the bottom of the bag. Ordered a medium fry with my meal and was the amount of a small. Went to get breakfast and went through the drive thru. The man taking the order wasn?t getting it right. We then had to go into... the dine in area and the lady at the register was rude saying that they rang it in right and that we ordered wrong when we didnot. She was trying to make it like we were wrong. They then offered a refund and I said yes but they then took that back andsaid they?d just give us a drink for their mess up. We then just left and realized that they messed up on a sausage eggMcMuffin and had to go back in again and we?re greeted by the same lady who said ?What?s the problem this time?. And when I toldher they didn?t have the egg on my sandwich that comes with an egg on it she started laughing at me and still offered no refundor compensation for having to come in two times and wasting time in there.
