I have never commented on McDonald?s as I have never had any issues until now. Just picked up my mobile order and was highly... disappointed. First thing; the gal who brought me my order didn?t put the drinks in a carrier and says ?oh, I didn?t think youneeded a drink carrier.? Get home and open the bag; missing one of the chicken sandwiches I ordered and the fries were tippedover in the bottom of the bag. Ordered a medium fry with my meal and was the amount of a small. Dining room closed today, on a Sunday. Unacceptable. All the money put into this mcdonald's and the dining room is closed, no... signs. It was open a couple weeks ago. Manager says no staff? Fire the manager period. We will not be back!!!!!! Read more
Went to get breakfast and went through the drive thru. The man taking the order wasn?t getting it right. We then had to go into... the dine in area and the lady at the register was rude saying that they rang it in right and that we ordered wrong when we didnot. She was trying to make it like we were wrong. They then offered a refund and I said yes but they then took that back andsaid they?d just give us a drink for their mess up. We then just left and realized that they messed up on a sausage eggMcMuffin and had to go back in again and we?re greeted by the same lady who said ?What?s the problem this time?. And when I toldher they didn?t have the egg on my sandwich that comes with an egg on it she started laughing at me and still offered no refundor compensation for having to come in two times and wasting time in there. Customer service was not good at all. Laughing at apaying customer for messing up there order is not ok to me and honestly so rude. Read more
I was on the fence today. I bought chicken nuggets and some apple pies. My nuggets were placed perfectly in the box. I've never... had that experience before. I was impressed. But my apple pies..they were from 1:35pm. I got my order at 4:45pm. So with thegood came a little not so good. Read more
Plenty of staff not doing a thing... obviously that includes not cleaning literally anything. Any table where handicap people... can sit was filthy. Staff walked right past this mess and just ignored it. Mid afternoon, there was ONE booth that had oneperson in it, so not too busy. However, when their screwing off instead of working creates wrong orders, maybe manager mightwant to check their waste?? Our order was wrong(rung up right but made wrong). Poor lady in drive thru had to come insideTWICE because they screwed her order up. Seriously, start hiring kids who actually WANT a job and who are willing to work justa little at having pride in what they do. Read more
This is one of the best McDonald's. Every year when I come to Minnesota, I spend a 9 hour walk coming to this McDonald's. Crazy.
Terrible service. They clearly want you using the kiosk instead of register. They had a ton of kids working, yet everyone in... front and behind us had messed up orders. Every table was dirty. The garbages were overflowing. And my sandwich was pathetic.This place is super disorganized and not well maintained. Don?t waste your money. Read more
Hours are arbitrary. Dining room never open. Guessing manager is letting the kids dictate policy. Food is better than... average for a McDonald?s though. Not sure why they pay more than minimum wage. They do the minimum. Read more
